Bidari informs Users that they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation, erasure, data portability, opposition to the processing of their personal data, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling, before the Data Controller, as well as the withdrawal of the consent given.

  • The request can be made by a legal or voluntary representative, provided that they are duly identified and authorized by the data subject (by means of an express authorization from the data subject to exercise the personal rights regulated in the personal data protection regulations).
  • The specific request (Right(s) to be exercised). If no specific processing is referenced, a response will be provided regarding all processing that affects your personal data. If you request information about a specific process, only the information for that one will be provided. If you request it by phone, you will be told to do it in writing and will be informed how you can do it and the address to which you must send it. Information will never be given over the phone.
  • Postal or email address for notification purposes.
